Kacey grew up in a little town in Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. Her interest in video production began in High school where she took a media class for two years. It wasn't till after she graduated that she realized her heart for "Missionography." She was chosen along with 3 other students to go to Kenya to make a documentary featuring an orphanage in the slums. It was then that God opened her eyes to the power of media. In 2011 she moved to Pensacola to take a class at Digital Media Education, a video training center that mentors students to create positive, inspiring media and music. Even after graduating, she still continues to help teach new students.
Stephen grew up in Texas, but moved to LA (Lower Alabama) when his dad changed jobs. Stephen's love for media also began in high school, when he and some friends produced videos to teach children about values. Stephen has a natural talent for all things technical, so it wasn't hard for him to teach himself how to use a camera and editing software. Kacey and Stephen met in 2011, married in June 2013, and are now so excited to begin doing Missionography together! This year they have been producing a TV show called "Christian Music Countdown" in hope of reaching young people for Christ. Their first mission trip together will be to Nicaragua in February 2015 for a Missionographer Bootcamp! Kacey and Stephen are so excited to see what God has in store! and they want to thank you for all of your support! |
